Senior Digital and Analytics Manager

You: Are a seasoned analytics expert with a love of data and a proactive approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to tackle complex analytic problems, from problem solving when metrics don’t match to fine-tuning integrations and taking ownership of new and existing initiatives. No matter how complex the information is, you can translate it into understandable language. Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive initiatives aimed at enhancing new and existing data and analytics services  
  • Take ownership of data management within Domo and serve as the primary point of contact for data solutions 
  • Configure Domo reports, cards, and integrations for client-facing digital dashboards 
  • Act as the lead subject matter expert (SME) for data and analytics solutions for both SCORR and SCORR clients 
  • Lead internal review of aggregate client reporting to identify significant trends and provide recommendations on how to improve performance  
  • Collaborate closely with the client services and business development teams to promote data reporting and marketing intelligence services to new and potential clients  
  • Work in tandem with digital and interactive teams to track website behavior based on demographic and behavior to enhance client conversion rates 
  • Be the lead for reporting practices and education within SCORR 
  • Share essential key performance indicators and ensure team is proactive on overall campaign management  
  • Oversee user experience optimization reporting and data 
  • Lead as a client facing Account Strategist on select client accounts; develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive team members 
  • Operate as the lead client point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts and serve as the liaison between SCORR’s clients and internal teams 
  • Oversee the Market Intelligence team; manage team capacity and billable time  
  • Effectively communicate with clients, including global C-suite executives 

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment 
  • Exceptionally organized with flawless time management 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, or a similar area of study 
  • 5+ years of related work experience  
  • 3-5 years of management experience 
  • Superior presentation skills 
  • Certification with Domo is preferred 

Desired Qualifications

  • Proactive, dependable, professional, personable, and organized 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other essential CRMs 
  • Perform duties and tasks independently with little supervision 
  • Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Prior agency or health science industry experience is a plus
