You: Have a proven track record executing digital marketing campaigns. Your practical expertise spans social media, paid search, and SEO. From optimizing ad campaigns to conducting thorough SEO audits, you have a knack for analysis and take a proactive approach. You excel at developing strategic recommendations, driven by performance data and the latest industry trends. Whether collaborating with internal teams or working independently, your focus and dedication enable you to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and report on paid and organic social media campaigns, including executive profile management
- Own organic social media posting and listening for clients
- Implement, manage, and optimize search engine marketing/paid search, display, retargeting, and PPC campaigns
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze program performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve client goals
- Manage assigned projects and timelines and all deliverables for clients
- Join client calls and presentations as needed
- Contribute to the creation of annual and quarterly digital marketing strategies for clients that follow an omnichannel approach and align with client goals
- Conduct market research using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and Moz to identify target audiences and devise effective strategies
- Conduct digital marketing audits for both prospects and clients, evaluating social media and SEO activities while conducting digital health checks for business development opportunities
- Evaluate tools and solutions to elevate digital deliverables or drive efficiency
- Stay up to date on digital best practices and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a similar area of study
- 2-4 years’ experience in service based, B2B marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality, and results focused environment
- Is proactive, dependable, professional, personable, and organized
Desired Qualifications
- Current certifications with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube or willingness to obtain within first 30 days of employment
- Current certifications with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads or willingness to obtain within first 30 days of employment
- Working knowledge of paid search, PPC marketing strategies, and associated platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Experience in handling corporate social media accounts
- Working knowledge of SEO and related best practices
- Prior agency or health science industry experience is a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts, projects, and relationships at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail and strategic foresight
